Cyber System looking for a Dental Patient Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient appointments efficiently, ensuring smooth communication between patients and the dental team, and maintaining accurate scheduling records.

You will play a key role in ensuring our patients have a seamless experience from their first call to their visit.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.

  • Manage the daily and weekly appointment calendar to maximize provider productivity.

  • Communicate effectively with patients via phone, text, and email regarding appointments and treatment plans.

  • Verify patient information and maintain accurate records.

  • Coordinate with dental assistants and billing teams to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Handle patient inquiries and follow up on pending appointments or recalls.

*Eligibility & Requirements:*

  • Prior experience in dental front office or patient scheduling is preferred.

  • Knowledge of dental billing & insurance verification will be considered a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Familiarity with dental software such as Easy Dental or Dentrix is an advantage.

  • Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
