Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead L1/L2 IP Core configurations, integration of new network components, and end-to-end operations & maintenance (O&M) of IP Core platforms.
  • Oversee Corporate Sales team service configurations, including VRFs, VPNs, QoS, and routing policies, while ensuring effective capacity planning and performance management.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex troubleshooting, covering routing and peering protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS), MTU/MSS issues, QoS and queuing, CGNAT, DNS, DHCP, and control-plane performance.
  • Perform end-to-end path analysis across IP, Microwave, and Optical domains; conduct packet captures, flow analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement rollback plans to restore services efficiently.
  • Drive CDN optimization initiatives with a strong focus on data and content delivery performance, particularly reducing download times and improving cache efficiency.
  • Manage peering and upstream bandwidth to support content-heavy traffic flows, ensuring optimal routing paths and network utilization.
  • Define and apply traffic policies and QoS frameworks for critical content categories, aligning network behavior with business and customer experience objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure continuous improvement, network resilience, and readiness for future growth.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • In principle have a minimum of Bachelors Degree or above

Work Experience:

  • Minimum Experience 4 yrs. or Above
