Full-Stack Developer – ERP System (Full-Time, Onsite | Lahore, Pakistan)

Ibrahim Private Limited (IPL)
is hiring a skilled
Full-Stack Developer
to join our in-house technology team and develop a
custom ERP system
with modules covering
CRM, Accounts, Property Transfers, Sales, and Reporting
.

This is a
full-time onsite position in Lahore
, ideal for someone with hands-on expertise in backend, frontend, and databases, who can design and deliver scalable ERP modules.|

Key Responsibilities

  • ERP Development
  • Develop and maintain ERP modules for
    CRM, customer management, property booking, accounts/finance, transfers, and reporting
    .
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Automate workflows such as receipts, transfers, and customer communications.
  • Backend Development
  • Build APIs and services with

    .
  • Ensure security, performance, and role-based access controls.
  • Frontend Development
  • Create dashboards, reporting tools, and user-friendly forms with

    .
  • Ensure responsive and intuitive UI for multiple roles (admin, accounts, CRM, sales).
  • Database Management
  • Design and optimise relational databases (
    MySQL / PostgreSQL
    ).
  • Build data models for
    clients, properties, and transactions
    .
  • Maintain data accuracy, backups, and recovery strategies.
  • Integration & Deployment
  • Integrate ERP with SMS, email, payment gateways, and APIs.
  • Use
    Docker
    for deployment and Git/GitHub for version control.
  • Ensure scalability for future growth.
  • Collaboration & Support
  • Work with accounts, sales, and operations teams to align ERP features with business workflows.
  • Provide support and training for internal staff.
  • Continuously improve ERP features as requirements evolve.

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience
    , preferably in ERP/CRM or business software.
  • Strong skills in
    , Express, , MySQL/PostgreSQL
    .
  • Experience in
    ERP/CRM workflows
    (sales cycle, ledgers, accounts, customer management).
  • Familiarity with
    Docker, CI/CD, and cloud hosting (AWS/Azure/GCP)
    is a plus.
  • Based in
    Lahore
    and available to work
    onsite full-time
    .
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and deadlines.
