Sales Manager (Inbound/Outbound Call Centre) is responsible for managing, supervising, and driving the performance of a team handling inbound and outbound sales calls for the USA and UK markets. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to ensure sales targets are achieved while maintaining exceptional customer experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team (inbound & outbound) to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, scripts, and call handling procedures to maximize conversions.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the call centre sales team to ensure efficiency and performance.
  • Monitor live calls, provide feedback, and conduct regular coaching sessions to improve quality and closing rates.
  • Manage inbound leads efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups on outbound leads.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align campaigns and improve lead generation and conversion.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure consistent communication standards, professionalism, and customer satisfaction across all calls.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, promotions, and competitor offerings.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data protection regulations.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills (neutral or American/British accent preferred).
  • Proven track record in managing inbound and outbound sales teams for USA and UK markets.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strategic planning and analytical capability.
  • Sound knowledge of CRM systems and call centre tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver under pressure.
  • High energy level, adaptability, and a proactive approach to achieving business goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in call centre sales (inbound & outbound), with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Must have prior experience handling USA and UK-based campaigns.
  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written).

Timings: 8:00PM to 5:00AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
