About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming inquiries, nurture leads, understand customer needs, and convert them into satisfied clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and a passion for building meaningful customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from potential customers.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Convert qualified leads into sales through consultative selling.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to enhance the sales funnel.
  • Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest but haven't completed a purchase.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback and insights on customer trends to the product and marketing teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in inbound sales, telemarketing, or customer success roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to understand and articulate customer needs.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Self-motivated with a positive, results-driven attitude.
