Our experienced team of counselors and consultants provides tailored, independent advice to help individuals achieve academic and career success.
We have a vacancy for a full time Office Coordinator based in New Garden Town, Lahore.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1.
Manage Daily Office Operations
: Oversee the general functioning of the office, including maintaining office supplies, filing systems, and overall office organization.
2.
Provide Administrative Support
: Assist counselors, consultants and management with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining calendars.
3.
Coordinate Student Documentation
: Assist with processing student applications, documentation, and follow-ups.
4.
Client Interaction
: Welcome and assist students and visitors in a professional manner at the front desk. Handle phone, email, and in-person enquiries.
5.
Event and Seminar Support:
Support the team in organizing and managing events, seminars, and school visits.
6.
Communication & Coordination:
Efficiently handle communication between team members, students, parents, partners and clients.
7.
Reporting
: Report directly to the Senior Manager on day-to-day tasks, office operations, and administrative activities.
*Requirements:*
1.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
2.
Experience
: 1–2 years of experience in office administration. Experience in the education consultancy sector is a plus.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Professional attitude and attention to detail.
Team player with the ability and willingness to adapt to intercultural communication practices.
Salary package:
PKR 40,000 to 60,000, depending on experience and skills.
