Icon Global (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a skilled Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and provide valuable financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze key financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Assist in developing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and deliver data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Review, verify, and approve financial transactions with proper documentation and compliance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in accounting or finance (certification is a plus).
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Quick Books Desktop, CRM systems, and advanced Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards.
  • Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and organizational abilities.
