About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and confident female callers to join our team for US-based campaigns. The role involves customer support and calling in the fields of Design, Web Development, Customer Support, and Merchandising.

Both fresh candidates and experienced are encouraged to apply. If you have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with international clients, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based clients
  • Provide professional and friendly customer support
  • Represent services related to design, web development, and merchandising
  • Build rapport and maintain customer relationships
  • Meet performance targets and ensure client satisfaction
