We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Salesperson with strong knowledge of industrial and commercial construction to join our team in Dallas, TX. This commission-based role requires someone who excels at generating leads, engaging clients, closing sales, and managing the entire sales process. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling inbound calls, conducting site visits, and building long-term relationships within the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation
: Actively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events (e.g., trade shows, local business events). - Inbound Calls
: Handle inbound calls, qualify leads, and close sales by presenting construction solutions. - Site Visits
: Visit client sites to assess needs, provide tailored solutions, and close deals. - Sales Process Management
: Use CRM software to track leads and sales activities, ensuring progress and reporting on performance. - Relationship Building
: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, project managers, and architects. - Negotiation and Closing
