Job Title: Co-Teacher (Pre-Primary)

Location: FB Area, North Nazimabad, Bufferzone, North Karachi, Gulistan e Jauhar, Maymar

Job Purpose:

To assist the lead teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment for pre-primary students, while ensuring their social, emotional, and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Support

* Assist the lead teacher in daily lessons and activities.

* Help manage students during class, playtime, and breaks.

* Engage children in rhymes, storytelling, art, and play-based learning.

Child Care & Development

* Provide individual attention and support to students.

* Foster good habits such as discipline, manners, and teamwork.

* Ensure students' hygiene, safety, and comfort.

Classroom Management

* Assist in preparing teaching materials and displays.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom.

* Support during school functions, events, and parent meetings.

Teamwork & Communication

* Work under the guidance of the lead teacher.

* Report students' progress, issues, or needs to the lead teacher.

* Cooperate with staff members and follow school policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Qualification: Intermediate

* Experience in teaching/assisting at pre-primary level preferred (but not mandatory).

* Patience, care, and passion for working with children.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to assist in creative and engaging classroom activities.
