Social Media Content Manager
to amplify our voice, tell our story, and build an engaged digital audience around the exciting world of AI and automation.

Role Overview

We're seeking a Social Media Content Manager who lives and breathes tech storytelling. You'll manage Soft Techniques' social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter, crafting high-quality posts that showcase our innovations, projects, and thought leadership in AI automation.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute Soft Techniques' social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
  • Create compelling, visually engaging content — including posts, infographics, carousels, and short videos.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and audience engagement across all social platforms.
  • Track analytics, measure performance, and optimize campaigns for reach and impact.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and leadership teams on campaigns and announcements.
  • Stay ahead of AI and tech trends to craft timely and insightful content.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in social media or content management (preferably in a tech or AI-driven environment).
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a strong grasp of tone and brand identity.
  • Proficiency in design and content tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma).
  • Experience using social scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar).
  • Passion for technology, automation, and the evolving AI landscape.
