Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Closer – Business Development Executive who can take qualified leads and drive them across the finish line. You'll play a key role in converting prospects into clients by building relationships, handling objections, and closing deals confidently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle warm leads and convert them into paying clients

Present product/service offerings to prospective customers

Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly

Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, or virtual meetings

Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through CRM tools

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Collaborate with the lead generation and marketing teams to improve conversion rates

Provide insights and feedback from prospects to help improve offerings

Requirements

Proven experience in sales closing or business development

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with prospects

Strong understanding of the sales funnel

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, etc. (preferred)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
