We're hiring a Product Manager with a strong software development background to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of CareCloud's healthcare technology products. The role bridges business goals with technical execution, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle — from concept to deployment.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
  • Work closely with developers, QA, and UI/UX teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap.
  • Review features, APIs, and workflows for quality and usability.
  • Coordinate sprint planning and track progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT.
  • 5+ years experience in development or product management (preferably SaaS or healthcare).
  • Strong understanding of web application architecture, APIs, and databases.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Hands-on background in React, , .NET, or PHP.
  • Experience with AI-enabled platforms or healthcare/EHR systems.
