The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Product Management to lead our product strategy, development, and lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of bringing successful products to market, leading high-performing teams, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, overseeing product development from conception to launch, and ensuring our products meet market needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision:
Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's overall business goals. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing offerings.

●     
Product Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Establish best practices for product management and ensure consistent execution across the team.

Product Lifecycle Management:
Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and post-launch optimization. Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Act as the primary liaison between technical and business teams.

Market & Customer Insight:
Deeply understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions and identify areas for differentiation.

●     
Performance Measurement:
Define and track key product metrics, analyze performance data, and use insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize product outcomes.

●     
Stakeholder Communication:
Effectively communicate product strategy, roadmaps, and progress to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications:

●     Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

●     Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (e.g., Director, Senior Manager).

●     Proven experience in successfully launching and scaling complex products.

●     Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.

●     Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

●     Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

●     Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

●     Experience in Telecommunications and DataCenter markets with both hardware and software based Products,

●     Experience SaaS, AI/ML, mobile applications, B2B, is a plus.
