Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager located in Islamabad, with flexibility for some remote work. The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of products, including developing strategies, leading cross-functional teams, gathering requirements, crafting product roadmaps, and ensuring timely product delivery. Responsibilities will also include market research, stakeholder communication, and aligning product goals with customer needs and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Product Management, Roadmap Development, and Agile Methodologies
  • Experience in Market Research, Data Analysis, and User Research
  • Proficiency in Stakeholder Communication, Requirement Gathering, and Strategic Planning
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools and practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Previous experience in the technology or software industry is an advantage
