Job Timings: On-site Evening/Night, 5 pm to 2 am (In Winter months, 6 pm to 3 am)

Minimum Experience: At least 8 years of experience

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience across all key marketing functions—including brand, product, content, communications, performance, and demand generation—with demonstrated expertise in both digital and non-digital marketing methods. A proven track record of leading integrated marketing initiatives is essential.
Deep familiarity with the U.S. market is required
, including prior experience managing marketing strategies and campaigns targeted at American audiences, with a strong understanding of U.S. consumer behavior, media channels, and competitive dynamics. Experience in the U.S. healthcare sector—particularly navigating its regulatory, consumer, and provider landscape—would be a significant advantage.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Strategic Marketing, located in Rawalpindi. The Head of Strategic Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market analysis, creating market plans, and leading marketing initiatives. The role includes tasks such as identifying market trends, analyzing the competitive landscape, and formulating marketing strategies to enhance growth and brand awareness.
