Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and confident
Sales Executive (Technical)
to join our team. The role is mainly
office-based
and involves managing client communication, following up on leads, and engaging new prospects to build long-term relationships. This position will serve as the key bridge between potential clients and the technical team.
Key Responsibilities
• Contact new leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Conduct timely
follow-ups
with potential clients.
• Present Neolux Smart's products and services clearly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM (HubSpot).
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client documentation.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth client experience.
• Achieve monthly communication and conversion targets.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Business, or related field
.
• Prior experience in
sales, client communication, or technical support
preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (English & Urdu).
• Confident in
calling and handling client inquiries
.
• Basic understanding of smart home or electrical products is a plus.
• Proficiency with
MS Office / Google Workspace
; familiarity with
CRM systems
is an advantage.
