Prestige OSS is looking to hire a results-driven and experienced
Business Development Representative
from the
medical billing industry
who is capable of managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and appointment setting to conducting demos and closing deals. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the dynamics of the medical billing business and has a proven track record of converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and set up appointments with qualified prospects
  • Conduct persuasive and informative
    product/service demos
    tailored to client needs
  • Effectively manage the full sales cycle and
    close deals independently
  • Identify client pain points and position medical billing solutions to address those challenges
  • Maintain strong follow-up practices to nurture leads and convert opportunities
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless post-sale handover
  • Keep accurate records of pipeline activity using CRM tools
  • Train and mentor both new hires and existing team members, while contributing to the growth and leadership of a high-performing sales team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience
    in sales, specifically within the
    medical billing or healthcare RCM industry
  • Proven track record of
    closing deals end-to-end
    — from lead generation to final agreement
  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    , both written and verbal
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet/exceed targets
  • Familiarity with common US healthcare billing processes, services, and client concerns is a plus
