Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Business Development Manager who will take ownership of driving sales, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence. This is an outdoor, client-facing role where you will represent our brand, pitch our products, and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Actively prospect, meet, and pitch our furniture solutions to potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, designers, and corporate partners.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic business development.
Handle furniture-related operational tasks such as order coordination, delivery follow-ups, and client after-sales support.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to strengthen our sales strategy.
Represent the brand professionally and ensure a seamless client experience from inquiry to deal closure.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
1–3 years of experience in B2C or B2B sales — furniture or interiors industry experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and close deals effectively.
Must be target-driven, persuasive, and client-focused.
A valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
