Performance Marketer (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore

NaskSoft is looking for a
Performance Marketer
with proven expertise in paid media and organic growth strategies. We want someone who thrives on data, understands platform algorithms, and can craft high-performing campaigns that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute
    paid media strategies
    across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. From planning to optimization and reporting.
  • Drive
    organic growth
    on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest with data-backed strategies.
  • Execute
    email marketing campaigns
    with segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Plan and manage
    visual content strategies
    that increase engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and ensure
    data-driven decision-making
    .
  • Utilize productivity and automation tools to
    streamline campaign efficiency
    .
  • Collaborate with internal teams to
    manage multiple projects
    simultaneously.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in
    performance marketing & digital advertising
    ,
    with mandatory UK market experience
    .
  • Deep understanding of
    platform algorithms, content trends, and growth tactics
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Business Suite, and email marketing tools
    .
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on
    ROI and conversion tracking
    .
  • Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tools, and deliver under tight timelines.
