About Us

We are a fast-growing fitness & lifestyle company expanding aggressively in the UAE market. Our services include Personal Training, Fitness App programs, and Funnel-based offers. We're now looking for a 360° Marketing Specialist who can own and execute our entire marketing engine—from creative ideas to ad performance to sales funnel optimization.

What You'll Do

  • Performance Marketing: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Creative Strategy: Work closely with the content team to ideate, test, and deliver creatives that actually convert.
  • Market Focus: Understand the Dubai market landscape, customer psychology, and cultural nuances to build effective ad angles.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Build and refine funnels for Personal Training and App subscriptions to maximize conversions.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Monitor metrics, analyze performance, and suggest improvements to reduce CAC and boost ROI.
  • Full Ownership: Take responsibility for campaign performance end-to-end, from idea to execution to reporting.

Who You Are

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (fitness/consumer brand experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record of running paid ads that generate sales.
  • Strong creative sense—able to work with designers/content team on ad creatives.
  • Knowledge of Dubai/UAE consumer market and digital marketing trends.
  • Familiar with funnels, retargeting, lead generation, and CRM integrations.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to present insights & action plans.
