Overview

We are seeking a skilled Boiler Engineer with expertise in documentation, legal works, and biomass boiler with hands on experience in Utilities operation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of Heat Exchangers, biomass and conventional boilers, Compressors and Water Treatment maintaining comprehensive documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Ensure the efficient and safe operation of Utilities including , Water Treatment Systems, Nitrogen Generators, Air Compressors, Chillers, AHUs, Heat Exchanger, Biomass and conventional boilers.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to Utilities operations.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of Compressors, Generators, Water Network, boiler systems, Heat Exchangers and Steam Line.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Utilities performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize boiler operations.
• Manage the operation and maintenance of utilities including KPIs:
• Energy & Fuel Usage and performance metrics.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Timeliness and accuracy of documentation.
• Frequency and resolution of Downtimes.
• Performance and reliability of utilities operations.

Qualifications

BSc Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer 1-3 Year of Experience or 1st/2nd Class Boiler Diploma with 5 Years of experience.
