Talha Elevators is a growing organization committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Sales to join our team and help drive business growth through excellent customer service and sales support.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and close opportunities.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum [Bachelor's/Intermediate/High School Diploma] education.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven.
