Talha Elevators is a growing organization committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Sales to join our team and help drive business growth through excellent customer service and sales support.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and close opportunities.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum [Bachelor's/Intermediate/High School Diploma] education.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven.
