Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to join our team in the custom packaging/boxes industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, building strong client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming leads, inquiries, and customer requests via phone, email, and CRM.
  • Identify client requirements and provide appropriate custom packaging solutions.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, quotations, and close sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
  • Maintain proper records of sales activities in CRM.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 6 months – 2 years of proven experience as a CSR, preferably in the custom packaging/printing industry (international market experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45, Rs55,000.00 per month
