Full job description

We are seeking a highly skilled, independent, and experienced person for position of Finance Officer support our finance team for the business of beverage production, distribution and sale.

The Finance Officer will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting business planning, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role involves managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, overseeing cash flow, and implementing process improvements to strengthen financial control and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

· Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.

· Manage cash flow planning, bank reconciliations, and fund allocations.

· Ensure tax compliance and support internal and external audits.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

· Identify and implement process and control improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accountability.

· Support management with financial analysis, variance reporting, and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

· Education: MBA, B.Com, ACCA, or ICMA (Part-qualified candidates may apply).

· Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.

· Technical Skills:

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.

· Knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs100,000.00 per month
