We are looking for a Director of Planning & Development to lead our forecasting, business planning, and long-term growth strategy for a high-volume call centre operation. This role will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build monthly/quarterly/annual budget forecasts and financial projections.
  • Plan staffing needs, seat capacity, call volumes, and campaign growth requirements.
  • Create title plans, development plans, and expansion roadmaps.
  • Analyse campaign performance, revenue, and profitability to support decision-making.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support client onboarding plans.
  • Work closely with Operations, HR, Finance, and IT to align all planning.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and present weekly/monthly planning updates.
  • Maintain all planning documents and ensure accuracy across departments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in planning/strategy/operations/finance (call centre experience preferred).
  • Strong forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills.
  • High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to build structured, data-driven plans.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Understanding of call centre KPIs (AHT, utilisation, CPA/CPL, conversion) is a plus.
