Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with international partners, agents, and financial institutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely communication.
  • Communication & Email Drafting:
  • Draft, review, and manage professional business emails for international correspondence.
  • Ensure all communications are clear, professional, and aligned with the company's branding and policies.
  • Research & Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities in the remittance industry.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to support business development strategies.
  • Operational Support:
  • Assist in onboarding new partners and ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
  • Support contract negotiations, partnership agreements, and service-level discussions.
  • Compliance & Risk Awareness:
  • Ensure that all business relationships comply with relevant financial and regulatory frameworks.
  • Identify potential risks in partnerships and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with partners and stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key business developments and partnership performance.

Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience in the money remittance or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in email drafting and professional correspondence.
  • Analytical mindset with research and data interpretation skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the remittance industry is an advantage.
