Qualifications

  • Technical skills in automation systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues
  • Experience with tools, equipment, and software related to smart home or workplace automation
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently, follow safety guidelines, and manage time effectively
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Diploma or degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline
