Establish, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices while ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations. - Compensation & Benefits Management:
Design competitive and equitable compensation structures, oversee payroll and benefits administration, and conduct regular benchmarking to attract and retain top talent. - Performance Management:
