Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Leadership:
    Develop and implement a forward-looking HR strategy aligned with business objectives, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Policy Development & Compliance:
    Establish, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices while ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.

    Oversee leadership development, career progression frameworks, and succession pipelines to ensure organizational continuity and growth of internal talent.
  • Operational HR Oversight:
    Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, grievance handling, and exit processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance at all stages.
  • HR Team Leadership:
