Timings: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers via phone to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and technical aspects of our solar energy solutions.
  • Follow up with existing leads to ensure timely sales closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure smooth execution and installation.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Build a rapport with prospects and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Gender Preference: Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a similar tele sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software).
