Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Supply Chain Strategies: Align supply chain activities with business goals, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to drive efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Procurement and Vendor Management: Manage procurement processes, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and maintain strong relationships with vendors.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment processes, and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand.

  • Logistics Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, coordinate with logistics and production teams, and manage warehouse operations.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, prepare reports on supply chain performance metrics, and present findings to stakeholders.

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards, and identify potential risks to mitigate them.¹ ² ³

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.

  • Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, such as ERP systems

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices

  • Certifications: APICS, CPIM, CSCP, or other supply chain certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the solar or renewable energy industry

  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices

  • Familiarity with sustainability and ethical sourcing practices

  • Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.

Pay: Rs30, Rs35,000.00 per month
