We are looking for
Agency Experienced,
creative and organized
Social Media Executive
to support the development and execution of social media strategies for various brands. The role involves creating content calendars, coordinating with the design team, publishing content, monitoring performance, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Content Planning & Execution

  • Create monthly social media content calendars tailored to each brand's objectives and campaigns.
  • Partner with designers, writers, and video editors to produce content optimized for each platform (posts, reels, stories, carousels, etc.).
  • Manage scheduling and publishing across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Community Engagement & Monitoring

  • Track and monitor brand pages for comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Respond quickly to queries and engage with followers to strengthen brand communities.
  • Stay on top of trending topics and recommend real-time content opportunities.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track daily/weekly content performance using platform insights and reporting tools.
  • Share regular performance updates with internal teams along with recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in managing social media content and calendars.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, content formats, and platform algorithms.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple brand accounts with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing or creative agency.
  • Basic understanding of paid ads and post-boosting tools (a plus)
