About the Role:

ManagingSEO is hiring two interns to support our data entry and outreach operations. This is a remote role — ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on experience with structured tasks in digital marketing, research, and communication

You will be responsible for entering and organizing data, maintaining spreadsheets, cleaning up contact lists, and assisting with online outreach by preparing reports and sending emails — all through easy-to-follow systems we've already created.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry Tasks:

  • Accurately input and organize data from online sources into spreadsheets or internal systems.
  • Format, clean, and validate large sets of data (such as contact lists or online business info).
  • Maintain organized records using Google Sheets, Excel, and web tools.
  • Tag and categorize data for reporting and outreach purposes.

Outreach Support Tasks:

  • Use templates to create basic reports from collected data.
  • Assist in preparing short, clear presentations or summaries.
  • Draft and edit outreach emails using ready-made formats.
  • Help track email outreach performance and maintain communication logs.
