Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a MIPS Coordinator (Medical Billing) located in Lahore. The
Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (
MIPS) Coordinator will be responsible for managing medical billing operations, ensuring documentation accuracy, and handling patient care coordination. Daily tasks include reviewing medical terminology, communicating with healthcare providers, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting patient care initiatives. The role will require collaboration with various departments to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Medical Terminology and Medicine
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Patient Care
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • 2+ years experience in Medical Billing company required
