We are seeking a highly creative and experienced
Divisional Manager R&D
to lead new product development for Cheezious. The role is focused on innovation, conceptualizing unique recipes, and transforming food trends into market-ready products that align with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end new product development (NPD) from concept to launch.
  • Develop creative recipes and innovative product ideas tailored for QSR.
  • Research global food trends and adapt them for the local market.
  • Ensure product quality, consistency, and scalability for commercial production.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Provide guidance and final approval on recipes developed by the R&D team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in food innovation/R&D in QSR or FMCG.
  • Strong culinary creativity and technical knowledge of ingredients and processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
