Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mirpur, Azad Kashmir for a Call Center Manager. The Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the contact center, managing the team to ensure customer satisfaction, and analyzing performance metrics. Additional daily tasks include developing and implementing strategies to improve processes and training staff to enhance their skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Contact Center Management and Team Management
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction focus and excellent Communication skills
  • Analytical Skills to assess performance and implement improvements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multitasking effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
