Job Opportunity: Experienced Travel Agent | UK & USA Projects

Location:
Lahore (On-Site) Near Thokar

Compensation:

  • Margin-Based Model:
    Flat 10% commission on total margin (no basic salary, company covers applicable taxes)
  • Salary-Based Model:
    Fixed salary option also available for suitable candidates


Responsibilities

  • Manage
    Umrah, Flight, and Holiday bookings
    for international clients (UK/USA projects).
  • Deliver excellent
    customer service
    and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Handle queries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth booking processes.
  • Work closely with the
    sales team
    to maximize profitability.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and meet assigned targets.


Requirements

  • Prior
    experience as a Travel Agent
    (Umrah, Flights, Holidays).
  • Strong
    communication and customer service
    skills.
  • Proficiency in
    spoken English
    (preferred for international clients).
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced, target-driven environment
    .
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
