Position Overview:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Executive
with prior experience in the
telecom or call center industry
to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving agent performance through detailed call audits, compliance checks, and actionable feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor live and recorded calls to evaluate compliance with client and company standards.
  • Identify process gaps, policy violations, and improvement areas in agent performance.
  • Develop QA scorecards and maintain accurate audit records.
  • Provide constructive feedback to agents and team leads to enhance service quality and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the training and management teams to align QA standards with operational goals.
  • Conduct regular calibration sessions with supervisors to ensure consistent evaluation standards.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly QA reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of QA experience
    in a telecom or call center environment (U.S. campaign preferred).
  • Strong understanding of telecom sales processes, call compliance, and DNC regulations.
  • Excellent listening, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and QA tracking tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver feedback effectively.
