We are looking for a
smart, driven, and well-spoken Business Development Officer
to help us expand our client base and strengthen our presence in the
construction and real estate industry
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally engage with potential clients and walk-ins
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and prospects
  • Present and confidently pitch our
    construction services and ongoing projects
  • Prepare and maintain client proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Handle documentation, agreements, and follow-ups
    in coordination with management
  • Maintain organized
    records using Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the marketing and media team
    to support campaigns
  • Visit sites and participate in project briefings when required


Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in proposal drafting, documentation, and contract handling
  • Knowledge of client relationship management
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


Strong Plus Point (Optional but Valuable):

If you're confident on camera and can appear in our
marketing videos, project walkthroughs, or social media content
, it will be considered a
huge advantage.

This can lead to additional incentives
and a
stronger long-term role
in our brand presence.

Location Preference:

Candidates living in or near
DHA / Bahria Rawalpindi
will be preferred, or those who can easily commute to
Bahria Phase 7
.
