Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Karāchi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and participating in sales and marketing activities. The role demands close collaboration with various departments to ensure the successful execution of business strategies and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Research and analyze markets, competitors, and industry trends to identify opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
  • Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to the overall sales culture of Smart Versol.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Lead Generation techniques
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in the technology or digital solutions industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
