Position: Manager Production

Company: VARQ PACKAGES PVT. LTD.

Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

We urgently require a well-experienced Manager Production with a strong background in manufacturing. Salary is not an issue — we will offer salary above your current package based on expertise.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure raw materials and accessories are arranged in coordination with Planning & Supply Chain
  • Monitor inward raw material and finished goods inventory
  • Oversee and manage daily production operations as per production plan
  • Develop and execute production strategies to achieve targets
  • Ensure timely dispatch and coordinate with Logistics
  • Maintain and review daily production reports
  • Ensure proper implementation of QA guidelines during production
  • Manage manpower allocation, shift schedules, and team discipline
  • Coordinate regularly with the Maintenance Department for preventive maintenance
  • Ensure machine and department cleanliness in coordination with Admin
  • Drive process improvement and production efficiency initiatives
  • Resolve employee issues and support HR with manpower needs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proper handling of production-related complaints
  • Provide daily and weekly reporting to the CEO

Requirements

  • Minimum Graduate
  • 7–8 years of experience in manufacturing (required)
  • Age 30–45
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent MS Office, ERP, and documentation skills
