Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student counselling and a passion for helping students achieve their academic aspirations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive counselling to students regarding study options, admission requirements, and career pathways.
  • Guide students in selecting suitable courses and universities based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.
  • Lead and mentor the counselling team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Organise regular training sessions for the counselling team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Follow up with the counselling team to ensure targets are met and provide necessary support to achieve goals.
  • Assist students with application processes, including documentation, admission essays, and visa applications.
  • Conduct informative sessions and workshops to educate students about study abroad opportunities.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of international education trends, admission policies, and visa regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and representatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in student counselling, preferably in the education consultancy sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of study abroad destinations, universities, and programs.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
