We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Student Counsellor to join our student counselling team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, guiding students about educational programs, and assisting them through the admissions process. Ideal for someone passionate about education and student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound queries.
  • Provide accurate information about courses, admission requirements, scholarships, and career prospects.
  • Counsel students to help them make informed educational choices.
  • Follow up with students via calls, emails, or messages to encourage enrollment.
  • Maintain a database of inquiries and update student records in CRM systems.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
  • Handle student objections with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate with the admissions team for lead conversions and document submissions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or related field (16 years education preferred)
  • Proven experience as a student counselor, academic advisor, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Fluency in English and Urdu is a must).
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM systems).
  • Pleasant and confident telephone etiquette.
