Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for experience/ Fresher who are eager to start their career in e-commerce and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle basic customer support tasks

Confirm and manage orders through the Shopify platform

Assist customers via phone, WhatsApp, or email regarding their orders

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order statuses

Ensure timely follow-up on pending customer queries

Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

Fresher are strongly encouraged to apply

Basic knowledge of computer usage and the internet

Good communication skills in Urdu

Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn

Residing near or willing to commute to Sohan, Mian Bazar, Islamabad
