Role Overview

GrowthRise Solutions is seeking Customer Service Specialists/ E-commerce Customer Support to join our e-commerce operations team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing orders and returns, and providing real-time support to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through chat and other communication channels.
  • Order & Return Management: Accurately process, track, and follow up on orders and returns.
  • Live Chat Support: Manage real-time interactions to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Data Entry & System Updates: Maintain accurate customer records within internal systems.
  • Microsoft Office Use: Utilize Excel and Word for reporting, tracking, and record-keeping.
  • Communication: Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills in English to support international customers.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work daily on-site at our Bahria Town Phase 7 office.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce operations (experience with eBay will be considered an advantage).
  • Must have a personal laptop to bring to the workplace.
