AI/ML Engineer
to join our team and support our
US operations
with a focus on
fine-tuning and model adaptation

On-site (6PM - 2AM)

What You'll Do

  • Fine-tune large pre-trained AI models, including Vision-Language-Action Models (VLAs) and other robot policy models.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines for high-quality, domain-specific training datasets.
  • Apply advanced tuning methods such as:
  • Prompt Engineering
  • Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF)
  • Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning (LoRA, QLoRA)
  • Instruction Tuning
  • Track key performance metrics to evaluate model performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the US team to integrate fine-tuned models into production environments.
  • Monitor deployed models to detect and address issues like model drift.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in AI fine-tuning, training, and deployment techniques.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and fine-tuning.
  • Strong programming skills in
    Python
    , with expertise in
    PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers
    .
  • Experience with cloud platforms (
    AWS, GCP, Azure
    ) for training, deployment, and managing large datasets.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (
    Docker, Kubernetes
    ) or MLOps frameworks (
    Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow
    ) is a plus.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with
    reinforcement learning
    and
    imitation learning
    .
  • Proven ability to work with
    international teams
    with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and optimize models for real-world applications.
