Role Overview As an AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions to enhance SIMUSPACE's capabilities, with a focus on simulation, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation. Your work will directly impact industries relying on high-performance computing (HPC), large-scale simulations, and AI-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
1. AI Solution Development

• Design and implement LLM-based workflows (fine-tuning, RAG, Agentic AI) for simulation optimization, materials testing, and predictive maintenance.

• Develop machine/deep learning models to automate CAE workflows (e.g., crash simulations, CFD analysis) and reduce manual intervention.

• Build custom AI agents to integrate with SIMUSPACE's HPC job scheduler, dashboards, and third-party tools (e.g., ANSYS, LS-DYNA).

2. Integration & Deployment

• Deploy AI models at scale on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-prem HPC clusters, ensuring low-latency, high-throughput performance.
• Optimize models for hybrid environments (cloud + local infrastructure) using Docker, Kubernetes, and parallel computing frameworks.
• Implement data pipelines for real-time analytics, simulation outputs, and legacy databases.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with simulation engineers to embed AI into automotive/aerospace workflows (e.g., DOE optimization, virtual homologation).

• Work with product teams to translate customer pain points into AI-driven features (e.g., anomaly detection in material tests).

• Support DevOps in CI/CD pipelines for seamless model updates and monitoring.

4. Research & Innovation

• Stay ahead of AI trends (e.g., multimodal LLMs, physics-informed ML) and prototype solutions for industrial simulations.

• Publish findings in technical blogs, whitepapers, and conferences to position SIMUSPACE as an AI leader.

5. Documentation & Support

• Create documentation, tutorials, and use-case guides for developers and end-users.

• Provide technical support for AI/ML features, ensuring robust adoption across industries

Essential

• Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience building AI solutions focused on LLMs, Generative AI and Deep Learning.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face.
• Proficiency in LLM fine-tuning, RAG architectures, Transformers and Agentic AI (LangGraph, CrewAI) design.
• Experience deploying models on cloud AWS/Azure/GCP, local servers and HPC systems.
• Strong grasp of data visualization (Plotly, Tableau, Apache Echarts) and big data tools (Spark).

Soft Skills:

• Complex problem-solving with a focus on scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

• Experience with digital twins or physics-informed machine learning.

• Familiarity with simulation tools (LS-DYNA, ANSYS) and CAE workflows.

• Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in relevant journals
