Position Title: Agentic Developer/ AI Engineer

We are seeking an
Agentic Developer/ AI Engineer
who's passionate about building the future of autonomous AI systems. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in AI/ML and software engineering who thrives in creating
intelligent agents
capable of reasoning, planning, and acting independently to solve real-world problems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy
    AI agents
    using frameworks like
    LangChain
    ,
    AutoGPT
    ,
    CrewAI
    , or similar.
  • Integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude, Mistral) with external APIs and tools to enable agentic workflows.
  • Apply
    prompt engineering
    ,
    fine-tuning
    , or
    RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
    techniques to optimize agent performance.
  • Build and simulate environments for testing agents' behavior using structured tasks or real-world APIs.
  • Stay up to date on the latest in
    LLMs
    ,
    agent frameworks
    , and
    multi-agent orchestration
    .

Job specifications:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in software development or AI engineering.
  • Solid Python skills and familiarity with frameworks like
    LangChain
    ,
    LLamaIndex
    , or
    Haystack
    .
  • Experience working with
    OpenAI
    , or other LLM APIs.
  • Knowledge of
    agent design patterns
    , including planning, memory, tool use, and reasoning chains.
  • Basic understanding of
    Reinforcement Learning
    or
    multi-agent systems
    is a plus.
  • Experience integrating AI with external APIs or databases.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Prior experience building or experimenting with
    AutoGPT
    , Langchain or similar.
  • Contributions to open-source AI tools or agentic frameworks.
  • Understanding of ethical considerations in autonomous systems.
