Assistant to Aesthetic Physician

Assistant to an Aesthetic Physician at 'Dr. Saiqa's Aesthetics and Lasers'.

Location: Plaza #12, Phase 4 Civic Center, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi

Job Type: Full-Time

Timing: Monday to Saturday (1:00 pm – 7:00 pm) — 6 hours per day

Experience: 1+ years (preferred) / Open to fresh candidates.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the Aesthetic Physician during various cosmetic and laser procedures.
• Handle appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and patient coordination.
• Provide excellent client care : greet patients, guide them pre- and post-treatment, and ensure their comfort throughout the process.
• Perform basic front-desk and reception duties such as answering calls, maintaining patient records, and handling walk-in inquiries.
• Follow up with clients for appointment confirmations, procedure scheduling, and post-treatment check-ins.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the procedure room.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Polite, professional, and compassionate behavior with patients.
• Friendly and approachable personality with a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Basic knowledge of skincare or aesthetic treatments is a plus (training can be provided).
• Prior experience in a clinic, reception, or assistant role is an advantage but not mandatory.
