Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a System Support Engineer, based in Rawalpindi. The System Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, maintaining system performance, and ensuring network reliability. Daily tasks will also include assisting in the installation and configuration of hardware and software, monitoring IT systems, and developing solutions to optimize system performance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Experience with system maintenance, performance optimization, and network administration
  • Understanding of system configuration, installation, and deployment processes
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus
  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred
